Rome, GA August 10, 2009–Administrators, faculty, athletic staff, and alumnae were in attendance for the ground breaking ceremony for the first class facility being built at Ben Brady Field on the campus of Shorter College. The 82,000 square foot facility will be completed over the next two months and will provide adequate space for all the practice and game needs of the school’s athletic programs.

Deluxe Athletics was contracted for the construction of the first synthetic turf field to be built in the City of Rome, GA. After many years of research, Shorter College selected the Deluxe Athletics’ team of seasoned professionals to assist with the planning, as well as oversee the construction and design of Bill Brady Field on the prestigious campus of Shorter College.
