Cousins Properties Inc, a development group with an excellent, long-standing reputation, has created some of the finest regional centers with shops, hotels, offices, and restaurants in the Southeast. One of their latest ventures was the creation and development of the Avenues in Murfreesboro, TN.

At the center of their 811,000 square foot facility is a beautifully designed entrance with a 2500 square foot common area that utilizes the Classic Elite turf system installed by Deluxe Turfscapes, the landscape division of Deluxe Athletics. The turf utilizes a monofilament fiber designed by Thiolon to provide both the aesthetics and durability that the installation requires. Often being used as the “hub” of the facility for featured events and holiday promotions, it was properly planned by Site Solutions, the landscape architect based out of Atlanta; to install synthetic turf as natural grass would not be able to handle the wear and tear that would be required on the area.
